for the premiere of the Netflix documentary “Babo – Die Haftbefehl-Story”, the Astor Film Lounge on berlin’s ku’damm became the setting for an impressive evening.

a red carpet marked the beginning and set a strong visual statement. covered by a large-scale truss with a transparent canopy, it became the stage for the evening’s personalities – including Aykut Anhan aka Haftbefehl, his wife Nina Anhan, the cast, and the production team featuring Elyas M’Barek, Pacco-Luca Nitsche, and directors Juan Moreno and Sinan Sevinç.

in the cinema’s courtyard foyer, large-format graphic walls created a live touchpoint that served as a social media backdrop.

after the screening, guests gathered in the foyer. despite the listed architecture, film posters and Netflix furnishings transformed the space into an event area that offered room to discuss the documentary.

the special energy of the evening, the seamless organization, and the guests’ response made the premiere a memorable experience.
